Yes. This is a virtual practice serving clients across British Columbia and, on B.C.-law and cross-border securities matters, issuers and market participants elsewhere. Meetings are held by video or phone.
How are fees structured?
Fees are set out in a written engagement before work begins — hourly, fixed-fee for defined scopes, or a blended arrangement depending on the matter. The goal is transparency and no surprises.
How do I start?
Reach out by email or phone for a brief, confidential introductory call. If the practice is a fit and conflicts are cleared, a written engagement follows. Please don’t send confidential details until that relationship is established.
